So I spoke with a colleague of mine today Josh Carter and he told me about his kick ass workout from yesterday and I just had to share it with you because it was that hardcore. So like the title says can you handle it?
Here it is
A1) 60 Tire Flips
A2) 60 Dips
Alternate between the two until you get to 60
B1) 60 KB Swings
B2) 60 Sledgehammer Slams (30 each arm)
Same here alternate till you finish
